The people at Saddleback Appliances are great!! We ordered all new kitchen appliances from them and Covid delays made it a challenge. They did a nice job of keeping us up to date and as the appliances arrived they had it delivered. We had an issue with a mark on the kitchen floor after a delivery. Brigette was out with in 48 hours and had it professionally taken care of. This on top of the fact they had the best prices around makes Saddleback the go to place for any appliance.

This company is a life saver my oven broke down a couple days before Xmas and I had my entire family coming for dinner they delivered and installed a new oven within 2 days of me walking into the shop. They saved my Xmas.

My washing machine died and I needed a replacement asap. Saddleback Appliances has always come through for me when I needed them and I did not hesitate to run over there to see what they could recommend! Joel helped me immediately and presented me with several choices, helping me compare the various models that fit my needs and price range and when I made my decision he beat the HD and BB prices. Delivery was one week from date of purchase. Delivery was yesterday, and the set up was efficient and clean. Ran the washer before they left to make sure everything functioned as promised and I am happy!!

My wife found this place while looking for a dishwasher. They had a sale that beat Costco’s price (with install too). We got a better dishwasher for a cheaper price. The salesman was very responsive over text and was patient when I came to the store with my two daughter :)

Unfortunately, old washer leaked a trail of condensed soap scum from garage and across the paver driveway. Seems to be a challenge to remove the stain.

My 84 year old mother lives in Laguna Woods. I live in North Carolina. My mothers microwave died Wednesday, she relies on it for many of her meals. I phoned Saddleback Appliance today, Thursday, and worked with Brigette to get her a new microwave. The new microwave was installed today, Thursday and all is good. Awesome customer service. When I first phoned I got a real person immediately, how refreshing. Highly recommend Saddleback Appliances.

Our dishwasher died on us suddenly and we spent the day trying to find a store that actually had the brand we wanted in stock. Every place we tried was out of stock until at least mid-November until we came across Saddleback Appliances. They had the brand and model we wanted and we were even able to get it installed within a couple of hours of purchasing it. Delivery, installation, and extended warranty costs were even in line with the big box stores. Thanks for taking care of us so quickly!

I walked into Saddleback Appliances on a whim… It just happened to be close to something else related to our kitchen remodel. Scott Scrip is the real deal. He not only worked to make certain that the appliances were best for us… But made certain the cost was the best to be had. In fact, after making the deal, receiving payment, delivering on time, and basically being in a position to be done with us… He called out of the blue to make certain that we received our GE Profile rebate. A little over a year after having a stellar experience with Saddleback Appliance wherein we had our entire kitchen renovated with five GE Profile appliances, we did our Internet homework in search of some high-tech, front load washer and dryer pairs. After finding the LG pair plus a SideKick mini washer pedestal add on, we looked for our best price. Costco appeared to be the least expensive with an active sale going on but we would have to give up the color and the SideKick we desired. Enter in Scott at Saddleback Appliance… not only did he price to compete and beat the competition, but again, we received exactly the features we desired most... and received an installation that wasquick (just days after ordering), efficient (less than half an hour), and helpful (we were given good instructions). Two bonuses… the saddleback Appliance Installer switched the positions of our washer and dryer for reasons we could only understand the wisdom after using them... and Scott called us before delivery to let us know there was a scratch on the SideKick pedestal face - he gave us the option of waiting until they had a replacement or installing immediately and replacing the scratched part after receiving it. We chose the latter since our old dryer wasn’t working. Scott followed up with us multiple times to make certain the LG rep was following through with the replacement. The scratch was very small but his intentions towards us were very big. The LG rep came in and replaced the SideKick face with the same professionalism and ease as the Saddleback Appliance team.
